Transfer Student Admissions Checklist
You’re on your way to becoming a Phoenix. Your next steps are all here. Each step will need to be completed before we can begin reviewing your application. Access your Cumberland Portal
Your portal allows you to see what application materials have been received. To activate your portal:
Go to: charlie.cumberland.edu/estudent
Click “Activate Student Account”
Provide the requested personal information.
Create a password & submit. Print or write down your information.
Submit your transcripts
Submit official college transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
Transfer your credits
If you’re transferring with less than 30 college credits you’ll need to submit your official ACT or SAT scores and high school transcript.
You can login to your Cumberland portal at any time to see which document(s) we may be missing from you.
Submit immunization records
All students must submit proof of medical vaccinations. Your physician can help you complete this step. Download the medical forms you need at:

Complete FAFSA
All students seeking financial aid must complete FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov, our school code is 003485.
The FAFSA is open from Oct. 1st, 2021 until June 30th, 2022. For TN Promise students, the FAFSA is due Feb. 1st, 2022.
