Complete online admissions application.

Complete Tennessee Promise online application. The application closes on November 1st.

Submit official high school transcripts from your high school’s counselor office or GED

Submit official ACT or SAT scores if they are not listed on your high school transcripts. *Note: We require all students who do not meet minimum admission requirements to complete the Personal Statement and Resilience Questionnaire.

Submit Immunization Records - All students must submit proof of medical vaccinations. Download the medical forms you need to complete here.
