Residence Life Housing Fee

Do I have to pay my housing fee every semester?

No. The Residence Hall Housing Non-Refundable one-time Fee is $250. You only pay the fee once, during the housing application process.
When will my housing fee be refunded to me?

The student must indicate to the Residence Life Director that they will not be returning to the dorm. The room will be inspected, and the refund will be processed by the end of June.

Security deposit refunds are keyed electronically. Security deposits will ONLY be refunded through EFT direct deposit. Please make sure you are signed up for EFT’s to receive the refund.
