Residence Halls
Nearly 500 students call CU’s campus home. Our campus features five residence halls that offer a variety of living options and experiences to support you throughout your academic career. All our residential options include furniture, cable, laundry access, wifi and meal plans.
And, not only do residential students benefit from an all-inclusive solution for living expenses, but they enjoy the convenience of walking to class, academic support services, on- campus dining, and athletics facilities. Choosing to live on campus offers you a traditional college experience that is all-inclusive, convenient and fun.

Justin Potter Hall
Justin Potter Hall is the primary housing facility for all first-year female Cumberland students. Justin Potter is a traditional-style residence hall with one community bathroom on each hallway. There is one main entrance that opens up to a common lobby for the entire building and side entrances to each hallway. The lobby features comfortable seating, vending and a TV for hanging out with friends.

Edward Potter Hall
Edward Potter Hall is the primary housing facility for all first-year male Cumberland students. Edward Potter is a traditional-style residence hall with one bathroom on each hallway. There is one main entrance that opens up to a common lobby for the entire building that features comfortable seating, vending and TV for hanging out with friends. The second floor also features a ping-pong table.

Lurton Hall
Lurton Hall is a housing facility for male Cumberland students who are at sophomore status or above. The complex has four quads that each house four suites. Each suite features accommodations for six suite-mates with a private bedroom shared between two residents. The suites have common areas downstairs to be used as a living room or gathering place for residents.

Jackson Hall
Jackson Hall is a housing facility for female Cumberland students who are at sophomore status or above. The complex has four quads that each house four suites. Each suite features accommodations for six suite-mates with a private bedroom shared between two residents. The suites have common areas downstairs to be used as a living room or gathering place for residents.

South Hall
South Hall is a four-story, 152-bed residence hall and is for students who are at sophomore status or above. It is a co-educational facility divided by floors, and features keyless proximity entrance to the main building and assigned floors as well as an elevator. The rooms are arranged into four-person suites with double bedrooms and a shared bathroom facility.
30+ college credits, male and female

4 beds, 4 dressers, 4 desks, 4 chairs, ample closet space, 2 sinks, 1 bathroom
Suite Features
Common areas, vending, study rooms, laundry, pool and ping-pong tables.
