Program Mission

The Master of Science in Forensic Psychology program will teach students to employ a scientific approach to understanding behavior in terms of its biological, cognitive, social, emotional, and contextual components, their interactions, and to develop an appreciation for its implications in forensic settings.

Program Details

  • 36-credit hour, non-clinical program that combines a core set of courses centered around forensic psychology

Admissions Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university with a minimum 2.5 GPA GPA of 3.00 if you were previously enrolled in a Master’s program
  • Completed Cumberland University online admissions application
  • Non-refundable $50 Application fee
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities
  • Provide two confidential professional recommendations
