The scholarship is awarded annually to a student enrolled in the Master of Science in Public Service Management (MSP) program at Cumberland University. The award is named for the current Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Bill McKee, who has served as the advisor to MSP students since the beginning of the program.
