Allen is a thought leader in business management principles and specializes in organizational development. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and business management, Allen is passionate about igniting a thirst in adults for learning and enhancing their knowledge to better equip them in their academic, career, and professional development. After completion of his professional baseball career, Allen began his higher education journey and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lipscomb University. Allen continued his matriculation at Cumberland University and received his MBA in the Fall of 2018 with a specialization in Management.  He worked closely with the Cumberland University MBA program director to develop the CUMBA Alumni Networking program, which still exists today. He has exceeded the goal of developing alumni relations and establishing an on-going legacy as a CUMBA graduate.  Currently, Allen has completed his Doctorate at Trevecca Nazarene University, in Nashville, Tennessee with a research focus on organizational development
