In the Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing and Health Professions, you’ll get the training you need to prepare you for a career in healthcare. Our curriculum is taught by experienced healthcare professionals and is designed to prepare you to provide excellent care to individuals, families, and communities around the world. Whether nursing is your passion or athletic training is more your speed, we’ll help you develop the skills you need to continue your studies in one of our graduate programs or jump right into your career of helping others.
Mission of the Rudy School of Nursing and Health Professions
The mission of the Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing and Health Professions is to support the university’s mission by educating individuals to become baccalaureate and/or master’s prepared nurses, and/or competent professionals in Health and Human Performance. Graduates of the school will promote and provide healthcare and wellness services to individuals, families, and communities across the life span. Emphasis will be placed on knowledge and experiences that promote critical thinking, integrity, and life-long learning.
