Dr. C. William “Bill” McKee, vice president for academic affairs at Cumberland University, was recently inducted into the 2016 class of the University of Tennessee Educators Hall of Honor. He was honored in the individual educator category, which recognizes a person working in an education-related profession who has made or is making an outstanding contribution to the field.

The Educators Hall of Honor praises professionals who have already established themselves in the field of education and helps students who one day will follow in their footsteps. The hall is open to any professional in the United States, and members have come from throughout Tennessee and the nation.  Those honored have been teachers from elementary school to the college ranks.

“I am so proud of Dr. McKee, an excellent university educator and administrator, who has blessed Cumberland University with his wisdom and charisma for nearly 30 years,” said Dr. Paul Stumb, president of Cumberland University.
