With smaller classes, the Honors Program offers an even more personal learning experience for naturally inquisitive students looking for a more nontraditional education.

There are no additional fees to be in the honors program. However, there are program requirements that can be found here.

Yes. Students in the Honors Program will live in South Hall on the third floor. Living and learning together creates a unique campus experience where like-minded students can easily connect and support one another while pursuing common goals and interests. Research shows that students involved in communities that live and learn together have higher rates of academic success, higher college graduation rates and higher levels of satisfaction with college experiences.

Students who do not meet one or both of these requirements may submit a 750-word essay explaining how their background and experiences qualify them for entrance into the honors program. You can submit your essay here. 

Currently, the Honors Program is only available to incoming freshman students.
