Welcome to the first step. Finding a best fit counselor to walk alongside you while you set and achieve your goals is the most important part. I would love to meet you. My approach is genuine, compassionate, and client centered. We will work together to learn more about you, set your goals, and reach your potential. I believe everyone needs an unbiased, nonjudgmental partner to either simply confide in or to overcome hurdles and give assistance in moving towards a goal.
Diann Jimenez
Within us lies the resiliency needed to ignite the desire to overcome the obstacles before us.
As a first-generation therapist, I am rooted in my Hispanic heritage, culture, and faith. Native to Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida. Fueled by the desire to help people and walk alongside them, I chose to pursue a career in mental health counseling. We all have battles we’re fighting, why do it alone? Together we will empower you to reach your goals.
My experience includes working with children who have been sheltered, families with dependency cases, substance abuse, and partnering with community-based agencies that offer an array of services. I am also bilingual and able to service individuals and families whose primary language is Spanish.
Britney Taylor
I have been in the field for 11 years and have a passion for change at all levels. I have a passion for emerging adults, expecting or postpartum mothers, and those suffering from anxiety and stress. As a wife and mother of two, I understand how important prioritizing mental health can be.
I am hands on and strive to assist, inspire, and guide individuals in pursuing and fulfilling their wants and needs. I believe a healthy mind means a healthy life. It’s important to me that you feel hopeful. I believe that anyone can change and accomplish reaching their best possible levels of personal and social wellbeing.

Is there anything worse than feeling stuck? Whatever you’re facing, my priority is to make sure you know you are not alone, and to know you are supported in your efforts to make a change in your life. In our sessions, we make space for you to do the processing you need to do in order to reach your own conclusions about how you want to move forward. This is the kind of clarity we aim for, because when you can arrive at your own conclusion, it’s real enough for you to hold as your own.
Much of my therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, but I also find that an emotion-focused approach is needful in order to help you attach your most deeply-held values to your goals. Therapy is not an intellectual exercise, and a rational understanding will not be enough to pull you from old habits and attachments that are disrupting your life and making you feel stuck. The life you want could be the life you start living today! Ready to get started?
